Nihonbashi Mitsui Hall


Nihonbashi Mitsui Hall is an event hall in Tokyo that can accommodate various kinds of events according to customers’ requests such as lectures, academic meetings, seminars, product exhibitions or trade shows and banquets. The hall is of high quality, surrounded by the warmth of wood and equipped with retractable seating system that can be set in three patterns, which enables various layouts.
Japanese-style room, Kyoraku-TEI, consisting of a large tatami room and a tea-ceremony room, Meguri-AN, creates a Japanese space in Nihonbashi style.

  • The hall is directly connected to Mitsukoshi-mae Station of Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and Hanzomon Line and to Shin-NihonbashiStation of JR Sobu Rapid Line.
  • The hall can also be used as an entertainment hall being equippedwith digital signals, line array audio system, sound absorption system, and truss batten system on stage thereby to meet various needs of the customers.

Nomura Conference Plaza Nihonbashi


Nomura Conference Plaza Nihonbashi is a stylish conference facility, operated by Hotel Okura Group, that has halls and conference rooms of various sizes including a large hall with the maximum capacity of 342 seats on the sixth floor and a spacious foyer.

  • The main large hall on the sixth floor can accommodate up to 324 persons. (Theater style)
  • A large 250-inch screen or 200-inch double screen can be used in the big hall on the sixth floor.
  • Live images and sounds of the large hall can be shared in other smaller halls/rooms.

Nihonbashi Life Science Business Hub


Nihonbashi Life Science Business Hub prepares 20 rooms of various sizes from a meeting room for four persons to a large conference room that can accommodate up to 300 persons. The rooms are equipped with projectors and monitors (some are available for a fee) and can be used for various purposes such as discussions, study sessions, seminars, and various events.
The communication lounge can be fully reserved and is appropriate for parties using catering services.(The use of the rooms is limited to those with the purpose of development of the life science industry and business, in a broad sense of the term, and admission to LINK-J is required.)
