About This Facility

This large multipurpose building's features include office space, retail stores, public spaces, and conference hall facilities. Serving as a new commercial hub that links Nihonbashi with the areas around Kanda Station and Tokyo Station, this building allows event organizers to create added value and generate significant traffic with its comprehensive, versatile blend of amenities. The office floors boast the largest quantity of available square footage in central Tokyo, while the building is the first in Japan to have a built-in power plant that also serves other buildings, allowing it to play the role of supporting the entire Nihonbashi area. The building's three-floor shopping center (located on the first basement floor, ground floor, and second floor) is called COREDO Muromachi Terrace, and represents another stage in the evolution of the COREDO Muromachi brand, under which several malls have opened in the area since 2010.
